By downloading, installing, or using the MallsApp application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the MallsApp experience:

• Phone number — collected for registration and communication purposes.
• Profile photo — optional, used to personalize your account.

The data we collect is used solely to deliver and improve the MallsApp platform. This includes:

• Creating and managing your profile within the app.
• Enabling key features such as store updates, events, and rewards programs.
• Complying with applicable regulations, including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Regulation (PDPR).

By using MallsApp, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or updating your account.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Refrain from any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other users or the platform.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

All content within the MallsApp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of MallsApp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MallsApp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

MallsApp strives to ensure that all information provided within the app is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the app or the information it contains for any purpose.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MallsApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial losses — even if MallsApp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via SMS.

Your continued use of MallsApp after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
